What’s In Store For Spring

With hints of spring popping up here and there, on these warmer days we find ourselves craving refreshing meals like fresh fish and of course a crisp glass of white to go with it. So we pulled three of our favorite wines that are perfect matches for an array of seafood meals.

Dom. de l’Enclos Blanc, Côtes de Gascogne – 2011
Savia Viva Blanco “Clásico” – 2010
Muscadet “Amphibolite” Nature, Dom. de la Louvetrie – 2010

Carnivores Only

As spring slips into summer and the barbecues are unveiled, thoughts of steaks on the grill and dinner parties outdoors start to excite us all. Of course our favorite part of a summer meal is the wine we drink with it. While we believe in eating your veggies, sometimes carnivorous cravings are hard to ignore and that’s why we’ve picked out a few of our favorite bottles for all of the steaks and burgers that we all plan to enjoy as the warmer days approach.

Ch. Haut Reygnac, Bordeaux Rouge – 2009
Ch. Fantin, Bordeaux Supérieur – 2009
Ch. Grand Housteau, Côtes de Bordeaux – 2009
