Trusted instructors Kimberly Severson and Emily Peterson follow up the original Wine & Food Pairing Workshop with this dessert tasting and demonstration, dedicated to the sweeter side of life.
Join us to learn how to choose the perfect wines to accompany your sweet treats. We’ll taste our way around the world from the delicately sparkling and delicately sweet wines of Northern Italy, to Southwestern France where a little funky rot produces world-class wines, to Portugal, where all it takes to make incredibly complex dessert wines is a quick boat trip around the globe, to our own backyard where freezing temperatures concentrate grape juice into sticky sweet perfection. But we won’t stop there – Chef Emily Peterson will demonstrate (and you will enjoy) an incredible lineup of desserts, custom-designed to complement our wine selections.

While Emily shares insider tips and techniques for creating perfect pastries every time, Kimberly will lead you on your way to wine pairing perfection. The original Essentials of Food & Wine Pairing is not a pre-requisite, so have dessert first!
