Saké is truly in a class of its own. With a uniquely elaborate fermentation process that has built a culture of precision around it, this drink reaches ethereal heights. Come learn all about saké’s many expressions and how it’s enjoyed in Japan. We’ll cover the basics of this internationally beloved beverage while exploring food pairings and more occasions to share it with friends.

Classes are 2 hours long, including a Q&A session with Astor Wine & Spirits Buyer Laura Atbashian.
