Explore the rich history of South African wines and viticulture—from the earliest settlements to the recent wave of young winemakers coming onto the scene. We’ll taste our way through the different regions in the Western Cape and discover how these world-class wines are produced.

Classes are 2 hours long, including a Q&A with Astor Center Instructor, Zaan Eksteen.
