From smokey peat to earthy sherry-cask—Scotch whisky is an incredible pair for richly-textured foods, like cheese. Take a tour of the robust styles and flavors of Scotland’s pride, seeing how the aromas and complexities deepen alongside an international cheese pairing.

Classes are 2 hours long, including a Q&A session with Astor Center Instructor Sam Sundius.
