Join us for a night of getting fizzy with it as we celebrate all that is good in the world: fried food and sparkling wine. For this walk-around tasting, we will be featuring 23 sparklers, ranging from the coveted wines of Champagne to beauteous Lambruscos to the enduring Crémants of Alsace-and that’s just the beginning. To stand up to these formidable wines, we’ll be passing around four fried favorites of ours. Curious as to what we’re planning to pair with the mighty bubbles of the world? Well, you’ll just have to stop in for a look. We won’t be unveiling our fried surprise(s) until the day of our event. But we can guarantee that you won’t be disappointed.
