This class spends the evening demystify the story of this dynamic and historic region. You’ll learn about the appellation system, viniculture, soil types, and how to choose your perfect bottle of Burgundy.

Classes are 2 hours long, including a Q&A session with Astor Center Instructor Nancy Kent Collie.
